FGSR Genotyping Services
The FGSR offers a variety of large scale genotyping services. Utilizing the selection of genotyping GeneChips that Affymetrix provides, we can enable discovery with a genome-wide, 500,000 SNP map of your samples, or provide a more focused look at a few thousand SNPs of interest, or resequence up to 300kb of a genome. If you are interested in only a small set of SNPs (tens to hundreds), you may be better served by the Vanderbilt DNA Sequencing Facility
