Agilent C Scanner
The Agilent C Scanner is a high resolution microarray scanner for detection of Cy3/Cy5 signal. It has the capacity to scan high density arrays at resolution as low as 2 microns. The 20 bit pixel depth image allows for wide dynamic range for optimal gene expression data.
