Besides microarray services, the FGSR offers a variety of related genomic services

  1. Functional Genomics Clones - The FGSR carries a large selection of RNAi and full-length cDNA clones for cheap overexpression and knockdown
  2. Epigenetics Services - ChIP-chip and DNA Methylation studies on NimbleGen arrays
  3. Real-time PCR - This service is often used to verify and quantify changes detected by microarrays
  4. Custom Microarray Prints - We have the capability to print high quality custom microarrays
  5. Paper Supplements - Supplementary material for several papers FGSR staff members have collaborated on
